Deliveries outside the UK
Shipping costs to destinations outside the UK will be quoted for on an individual basis. You will be contacted on the next working day after you place your order with a quotation and estimated delivery time. If this is acceptable you will be charged for your order and it will be dispatched.
Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.00
Our delivery time varies from 4 to 6 working days, depending upon a number of factors. Generally speaking, we are able to ensure you order is delivered within a few days but on some occasions, demand is such that unfortunately, deliveries may take a little longer.
Express Delivery - £9.95
Express delivery is to the UK mainland only and is 2 to 3 days. It excludes Off Shore, and some parts of Scotland may take longer (call for further information). Orders to be received on the previous working day (Monday to Thursday) before 1.00pm. We regret we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays or on a weekend. Please call for further information 01624 852900.

Heavy duty is £12.00 (must be signed for)
If your order contains any item marked with a green symbol, we will simply apply a £12.00 delivery rate to your whole order. Unfortunately we cannot offer the UK Offshore or Express Delivery service for orders that contain any of these specially marked items.
Delivery is currently 3 to 5 working days. (Please do bear in mind weather conditions in your areas)

* If express delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Friday delivery; order by 1pm previous day. If you order after 1pm Thursday and before 1pm Monday it will be dispatched on Monday providing it’s not a bank holiday. UK only, excludes Off Shore and some parts of Scotland may take longer, no deliveries on weekends or on a Bank Holiday. Please note that these deliveries must be signed for.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient and are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
Please note: In some cases standard delivery will be left in a secure location with a card through the door to state where this is, if there is a secure place or neighbour available, if not then a card will be left asking you to contact the courier. Express delivery must be signed for so will be carded and you will need to contact the courier.
