The policy set out below relates specifically to the return of goods purchased through our web store.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return items then we’re here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.
Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered.
You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. I want to return an unwanted item.
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
I want to return an unwanted large and/or expensive item.
For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part and you require this service, we will quote the cost for this service at the time of our call.
What items cannot be returned
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.
If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but will not refund your delivery costs.
Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:
- Goods made to specification or otherwise personalized
- Unsealed optical media, such as DVD’s, CD’s, Video Games and Computer Software
- Gift Vouchers
- Horse Rugs
